It is a pineapple, mint and ginger kinda day. One of my favorite things about this drink is how easy it is to prepare. Takes about 15 minutes or less and the mints gives it a bit of umph! The ingredients are also readily available and within anyone’s budget and its healthy! What more can you ask for in a drink?
I must admit, I went a bit crazy on the mint today so it looks more like a green smoothie. You may increase or decrease the amount of ginger and mint to suit your taste. You can also completely leave out the ginger if you wish.
You may add some lemon or lime to give it a tangy flair!
